electrical insulation requirements, over voltages in power system, protection methods, over voltages in
electrical systems, electrical breakdown in gases, solids, and liquids. It also covers techniques for the
generation of high voltages and high currents, measurements of high voltages and currents, high
voltage testing and insulation.
